These old tanks are obsolete in conventional warfare against modern militaries but for insurgent groups is well equipped with full-aspect armoured with 203mm of reinforced steel ballistic protection, a 12.7mm machine gun, and a 100 mm cannon with laser rangefinders.
The Frontier Corps’ commands in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have around 400 of these tanks throughout #Pakistan’s Western Border Fence with Iran and Afghanistan.
