And Indians still live in its territory.

Which means it'd be a liability rather than an asset.

It is how India will change or transform under its CHOSEN leaders.

By ungovernable the world leaders commented about the current GOVERNANCE STRUCTURE of India and the QUALITY of its populace to be governed.

Indian democracy is under attack - it will not remain democratic for long and will turn authoritarian, just like the major powers are.
