Short Summary: Persians be Indians' daddies
All Indians or just North Indians?
A lot of Indians. Including Dravidians. Dravidians as a racial group also originated in Iran, but much earlier. They have intermingled with the native Indians (southern tribals) for a very long period and hence look like they do, depending on the degree of intermingling. The Aryans, later migrants, intermingled with north Indian tribals, again in varying degrees, hence you have people looking like from all over the place.

Today when we say Dravidian, we are essentially referring to a linguistic group - people who speak similar languages. Racially there is no way that people of southern India are identical. Not even in one state, let alone the entire region.
