We have similarly an old Italian family that runs a small proper Italian joint off Dhole Patil Road in Poona.

Proper Mafia Godfather style the whole family gets together after the last customer leaves, on the first level, at a grand table, and then the food and wine flows.

At what time? If they do that, when do they go to sleep? And when do they wake up in the morning?
