I think us region ka no mirch/less spice less oil is sorta necessitated by the harsh heat.

Heading to Dilli in a few days, I'll head to the Parsi thing there for some dhansak, berry pulao and sali boti/chicken etc. Here I found a place with 1 so called 'irani' chello kebab or something but raat ko banta hai.. woh bhi try marna hai.

Make vid Sharma and post it here. At least take pics of da food before disturbing it so we can see.

Inka naam hai kaafi. They used to have a place in gurgaon but shut shop and shifted to another location, I'll have to check ab kidhar khola hai new one, or if there even is a new one... great food.

Indian restaurants ki kami nahi hai, I think t he odd very rare one also gets on the Michellen board with a star or two.. Europe side, and maybe one in India.. expensive xhit, man.
