Abhi toh novelty hai, it'll get bad if and when it becomes the norm, globally.

Happening in dalit India too, but at a very slow fuss level (which is good)

at my local KFC, for example, they just pointed me to a big ass touchscreen right at the enterance.. ki wahan jaa ke button daba ke order karo, payment karo.. khana counter se le lena... I got pissed off, told em I dont know how to do it, aap karo, warna I'm going elsewhere.. then dalit counter lady did all the ordering for me khud button shutton daba ke

Here in Japan it’s the vending machine capital of the world bhai.

I tried the vending machine fried chickunn and pizza and both were very decent and half price compared to a restaurant
