Khaya bhi hai, gobi alu type, with methi paratha or something.. ekdum tel waala, dripping in oil/ghee.. and meethas bhi, and teekha bhi.. sweet and fiery hot chili.

Not my scene, personally.. but bhot log pasand bhi krte hain.
