Yup. In general the top medical and engineering colleges have similar hostel scenes. College festivals. Quite a lot of mixing and traveling to each other in my day. Assuming it would be the same now. IIT Bombay and Delhi. AIIMS. St John's. CMC Vellore. BITS Pilani.
