well i was shocked to see myslef in a youtube video about hygine STDs of one saag paratha vendor how he was mixing chaach with bare hands that too unwashed which a few seconds back he was holding his cigarette with and unloading his stuff

but In India you cannot do all that off late there are many hygine & health standards for street vendors as many foriegn and domestic tourists also eat at those joints besides compititon... here municipliy officers and heath officails sure take there prt of bribes from ll these street vendors but still they al have to be very very carefull about hygine and keeping there eadables clean cause if anything happenns first questions will be asked from those health and hygine inspectors and then comes the police and avrage tea vendor of street has to give anywhere from 500 to 1000 depending on location and his clientel voloume to all three deptt to keep working peacefully ;) :P

and yes if any so called local dada or chichorra type lement tries something he is dealt with cause nothing is more important than good buissness
 
I would eat paratha on the street cuz the high temp cooking kills all pathogens. Palta lugganay waqt you tell him to cook the saag/ chutney underneath it for a minute to sterilize those two items too.

Only then it’s safe bro!

well in delhi or north india they do not eath stuffed partha with saag even in winters they useually eat with aalu-cholle ki sabzi-salan served with mixed pickle and Amul butter on demand while in summer people eat it with sweet lassi or chaach and in winters with tea

stuffed paratha here are basically of allo-pyaz or gobhi or mix or mooli while in some places they also serve methi and bathua as stuffing

while there are many places famous for anda paratha that are two type .. aloo/payz paratha when almsot ready get a gash and egg batter is filled into it or regualar mughlai partha with chicken or mutton mince with one egg brocken and packed and deep fried on atwa served with mint chutney
 
@Vsdoc ......Garam soup in cold Tehran bhai......ye koi kar k dikhaey Karachi ya Lahore main. Do mintt main you get robbed or probably far worse an outcome for a single girl doing business. Begherat subcontinent can't even empower women on a societal level to be independent no? Women vendors working independently on the street is hard to imagine in our region. Its a totally diff culture doc. They'd harass that girl till she dies or gets kidnapped and whatnot in our region:



We have an extremely shitty attitude towards women in this part of the world.

I find it most amusing when Pakistanis and Indians hurl insults at each other about the treatment of their own women.

Hypocrisy at its finest.

Some very few cities in India have a decent culture when it comes to women.

baat hi alag hai, tasty streetfood ki.. woh waale maze ni aande

the most over rated paratha's in delhi are that of parathe wali galli which i think are nothing but shallow fried stuffed poories in desi ghee with insane level wierdest imaganble stuffings like rabri and banana and even nutella :P

while the best partah experience is always in dhabbas where you find three wheeler or taxi drivers flocking them nd they will be easy on pocket too

Irani middle class women openly doing business khulay aam in total freedom and security. Majaal hae koi badmashi karay.......lol......look at the social status of their customers.

Aur idher hamara haal koi dekhay. It's just a sad region of ours.

Iran main aik say aik fantastic restaurant with their women working and for the middle class who can afford it. The number one thing is cleanliness, presentation and hygiene:
