As I have previously pointed out the extreme danger of desi food. Pashto life expectancy is less than 60 years guys due to abnormal levels of animal fat and seed oil content.

Their food is dangerous for human consumption.



I would argue that Punjabi food is FAR more dangerous. @steppeWolff can concur.

60 years tops is what most people can expect to live in KP. Cardio disease/ di-bheettuss and stroke (falij) are very common.

I make nihari once in a couple of months and with a fraction of oil compared to the commercial recipe.

That 30% diabetic figure is across the board sampling in our country.

Very scary stuff bhai. Millions in our country got it and they don't even know they got it until its too late.
