Persian breweries and vineyards are going mainstream out west. So many doing it:

In Australia now my Irani friends saying that Persian restaurants are going non halal cuz the customers are mostly iranis and Aussies with a sprinkling of muzlims. Now muzlims badmashi kartay hain haram halal key and Aussie can’t have dinner without alcohol.

So economics dictating business decisions now.

Aap ko halal khana hae then just go to Pakistani or afghani restaurant.

Irani restaurants will not serve halal. BYOB k sign dekh kar moon banatay hain Subcontinent k muzlim.

Wine pairings with nice Persian favorites. All fancy Irani restaurants now serve good Shiraz or their usual maison variety which is very similar to a Chianti.

The most beautiful ancient wines came out of Persia.
