Hitting this place when I am in Delhi next!

And Mother Dairy too - as I'm curious, and as its nearby. They have the largest milk and Soybean processing operation for India in that company.
Sadly no restaurant, they do delivery and event catering, their catering menu is about 4 times the basic one here with a lot many more options. Rista, Goshtaba, Yakhni.. mai toh in hi me khush hoon.

In fact, might just order some for lunch today !

Ye bohot katarnaak khana hae.......That tarri floating on top is all animal fat.

You gotta skim that floating fat bhai, vurna this is heart attack/ stroke iss-pay-shall.

Can eat this skimmed maybe once or twice in a year......buss.....

Pehla massive heart attack 55 per hota hae (people who eat this type of food daily) and usually it cripples the guy for life. Death is actually better.

One has to remove that choking red fat but majority of aL baki and some of Indian dehat mentality is that paisa poore bowl ka diya hai to khana bhi poora hi hai. Those retards die in mid 50s or early 60s.

You are not a real Karachi Parsi, if you don't eat Aleti Paleti......Hur Karachi Parsi k ghar main ye dish banti thee weekly! Irani boys would bring sandwiches of this almost Pate' salan for lunch at school.

Actually, you are not even Irani if you don't eat Jiger:

I cook this once a month without those potatoes and do it the Karachi style with a glug of thick beaten yogurt added and finished off with a sprinkle of dried Methi leaves 5 minutes before done.

This dish is so good, that you can't stop eating with hot fluffy tandoori naans.

I love kaleji man. I've tried desperately to get my kids to eat it. Its great for hemoglobin. In the end its me and my dogs who eat all of it.
