And then top it off with some Saffron Persian Ice-cream

Food in the US is way beyond on a diff level. There's just no comparison with the rest of the world.

Hendu-pak gypsy use too much spices/ seed oil, they're just nasty people who mask the low quality ingredients with spices, to try to make it pass it off.
