Afghans arent monolithic in their thought. I am pretty sure you haven't been there or you would know.
Certain part of Eastern Afghanistan has a beef with people of Punjab but it doesn't apply on Afghans as a whole. Millions of Hazara, Uzbeks and Turkmens from Afghanistan live in Pak and love it.

Talibans aren't a monolith too. Again you show your lack of understanding about Af-Pak. You are an outsider you wont understand. They have infighting within and fights with external forces. Thats just how the people of that belt are.
