Maratha, Kannadiga and Tamil etc nationalism we're used to... andar ki baats, those.. family feuds.I don't think Bangladeshis are worried about it. Maybe there are a few adventurer Bangladeshis going to India, but if caught send them back, which the Bangladesh administration is OK with.
But there is enough Bengali, Tamil, Andhra, Kannadiga, Keralan nativist nationalist reaction against Hindi speaker populations (from Bihar/UP) in these states that it does not bode well for migrant Hindi speaking laborers. 90% of underclass laborers in West Bengal are Biharis, which I've seen myself.
West Bengalis working as construction labor in Gujarat and Maharashtra are being caught and labeled Bangladeshis (and subsequently pushed in illegally to Bangladesh by BSF, where they know no one). This kind of federal action is being seen as an affront to West Bengalis ethnically. It is also an illegal act - you cannot push in people without exchange of formal immigration documents.
These issues are being made a major component of "Bengali" nationalism by people like Garga Chatterjee who happens to have quite a few (quarter million) followers in West Bengal and who is a proponent of "Bengali first" before being "Indian second".
Same issues are being raised in TN, Karnataka and Kerala against Hindi speaker migrant laborers which is being seen as an attempt to change the demographics by BJP to affect Hindi imposition in these states.
