Real (actual Irani Biryani) is gosht/ seena/ lungs/ seenay key pasli all chopped up and fried with onions/ garlic/ saffron and slivered almonds in a patty and served with Lavash naan.

Hum buss naam chori kar letay hain and the original Irani foods are something unimaginable to us.

Wonder if they serve that somewhere here.

Jo bhi hai, even if farzi.. this is what we (and the world at large) take to be biriyani.. and its a most fine rice preparation.. we have a mallu/tamil red rice version, a bengali version.. even a kashmiri one, with resin and cured apple bits and dry fruit or something.

oh I remember. Uyghurs are allies of Israel and India. So Türkiye must be an ally of Israel and India.... Considering that Uyghurs have abandoned their ancestors and become Turkic people.😂
