Yes it does. Each region has its own specific classical poetry and ancient text. How many people study it - remains in question though.

Bangladeshi posters have created content and neatly organized it in sections in this forum, which is something to emulate (Huge Thanks to @Saif bhai from Bangladesh).

Just like Pakistanis did.

The fact that other groups have so far been incapable of doing it - regrettably speaks to their disorganization, lack of motivation and general laziness. If you shoot the breeze and hijack threads all day with gupshup - the result will be zero.
