Pak would have a fixed calender year crisis plan.

Mar-May wouldbe drought. India can start by holding back and diverting river water from September onwards.

June-September would be the annual floods. India should aim for at least 5-10 Billion worth of infratructure destuction and economic disruption every year coupled with a megaflood every decade or so.

Nov to Jan would be pollution crisis and electricity shortage(due to lack to natural gas). India doesnt need to do anything as Pak already has Chiant to thnk for it's power crisis.

I don't think India flooded BD on purpose this year. But, I am not too sure about Pak. The dissolution of Indus Water Treaty has given India a strong foothold in the river management.

If we can drown our enemies, we should do it. It's a safe and easy way of disupting the enemy and keeping it busy. Everything is fair in love and war. I don't se anything wrong with India building a huge dam in Assam and using it to sink BD if BD is hostile to India.

For Pak, we should keep giving it little shocks every year, and a megaflood every 4-6 years. The insfrastructure ddestruction and resultant reconstruction would eat into their economy reducing their economic output and military capability.

LOL. :)

You know - picking fights with no apparent reason (and that too - with neighbor countries) is not that great an idea.

They have recourses too (of all manners) and can exploit your weaknesses to keep you busy - a la proxy war. And it doesn't even cost that much, relatively speaking.

This kind of useless fasad is a lose-lose game for everyone involved and gets expensive after a while. Pakistan (or even Bangladesh) won't be weak forever. Things change.

In any case - you are getting creative, and not in a good way.

May I suggest you use your faculties to more productive endeavors to improve your own life and wealth instead of plotting the Sarva-Naash of Pakistan or Bangladesh.

There are plenty of people getting paid in Indian thinktanks to do just that and they may possibly be far smarter at it than you are.

LOL.

Bangladeshis are swimmers from age three, all of them. Won't work with them.

These people are like fish, they bathe like three times a day.

They live in floating houses and they even grow vegetables on floating material.

It's like Waterworld.
