In major cities of Iran, now among professionals in offices or at work there is some mixing, but outside of the major cities bhai its pretty homogeneous and pretty rigid in terms of clans and families/ ethnicity. Its rare that outsiders come to regional areas and Irans pop. is rapidly shrinking.

Afghani mixed( Tajik/ Pashto/ Hazara/ uzbeki) and Pak baloch are a threat. Its very difficult to deport em.
