I don't know about the incident but if it is true, there will be swift action and most possible punishment under Baratiya Dand Samhita i.e Indian penal code.

I don't think any danda samhita will send a message.

Indian society encourages rape. I have seen half-educated Indian politicians support and justify rape. Indians need to look in the mirror and ask how many years behind global standards they are.

First off, I disagree that there's an "epidemic" of this type of violence here, but no denying these, and others that go unreported.

That reporting in itself but, is a good thing.. the swift sword of justice must fall upon their dirty necks.
