This doesn't really look like a CIWS, more like a RCWS.

is there any video of it in action?

Presumably It could function like the Sea Zenith onboard Turkish MEKOs but what radar is it tied to?

As far as I know these guns are controlled by EO system ..if they have a radar interface no one is talking about it..

I find it extremely unlikely that it can function as an CIWS then.

If EO cameras could detect and track incoming missiles with reaction times fast enough for this. Other navies would have figured it out by now.

Maybe two separate radars is a bit of an overkill on Gökdeniz but it goes to show you that it takes a lot more to be effective.

Are computers controlling the guns with targeting data coming from the eo cameras or are people controlling the guns based on what they see on monitors from the cameras?
If computers are controlling the guns, would the reaction time not be sufficient?

Gents, you remember what happened to the huge Russian Slava class battle cruiser the capital ship of da black sea fleet? with a couple of $2 million dollar Neptune missiles?.......My ghaadd!........every man and his cat learned a lesson from dat disaster from last year. If yous a big ol capital ship.......yous goin down!......Slava cruiser got hit the 4th time around. It beat 3 prior attempts to sink it earlier, but fourth time around unlucky no? Tanguska/ Kashtan Ak-103 systems failed to detect stealthy Neptune AshM's......Iran can pull same stunt in da red sea no problem, but mulla holding back just playing hollywood filumm no?....letting Hoosi Baghi use obsolete weaponry for theatrical effects and global ghareeb muslim get excited......lol.
