Pak construction companies would be kept busy within Pakistan's borders. Every year India would flood the 5 rivers and destroy huge swathes. Every Sep-Oct consutrction companies would build and even July-Aug India would destroy.

This is highly unlikely.

India's leaders would like to stay in power - but they are not madmen and will not care to get involved in an unhealthy long drawn out conflict.

India's joint military excercise with Russia is not beeing conducted to piss-off the US or China. It is being conducted because Indian armed forces considered it useful.
