I don't think Indian Kanjoosi Govt. provided any "help or support for rebuilding or sustainability" to Bangladesh. It twisted our arms to take credit facility (which we never wanted) which was spent in turn on Indian products and contractors 100% (as stipulated in the contract).

Hasina built massive bridges and six-lane highways through Bangladesh for Indian transit, too bad they will never be used for that purpose. These were worth hundreds of Billions of Dollars which India had no involvement in - except hoping to use someday.

Hasina herself said it, "What I have given to India - India will remember forever."
