Last night, Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated Vantara, a large-scale animal rescue, conservation, and rehabilitation center established by Reliance Industries in Gujarat. For the special occasion, family matriarch Nita Ambani and daughter-in-law Radhika Merchant opted for traditional ensembles and temple jewellery.
Nita chose a white handloom sari with tiny white elephants printed on its elaborate orange and pink border. A heavy gold neckpiece and stud earrings complemented her middle-parted bun and red bindi. The younger bahu stunned in a custom pink silk tissue sari from designer Manish Malhotra, which she paired with a matching blouse, diamond jewels, and a mangalsutra.
Complementing them, Mukesh and Anant Ambani looked dapper in a blue bandhgala and olive green kurta pajama set respectively.
Taking to social media, Vantara's official handle shared, "Hon’ble Shri Narendra Modi Ji’s visit to Vantara was more than an occasion—it became a core memory for every Vantarian. Witnessing his warmth, compassion, and deep commitment to conservation left an unforgettable mark. His genuine interactions, shared smiles, and words of encouragement have inspired us to continue our mission with even greater passion.
