We express our deepest condolences over the passing of Iran's President Ebrahim Raisi in a helicopter crash on Sunday, along with Iran's Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian, the governor of Eastern Azerbaijan province, and others. With his passing, Iran has lost not only a great president, but also a tested leader who worked his way up from prosecutor and deputy prosecutor in Tehran all the way to attorney general and later chief justice, before being elected president in 2021. Bangladesh, as a friend of Iran, shares its grief over this immense tragedy.

Bro looking at this whole incident from a distanceโ€ฆโ€ฆyou know Irans very vulnerable in the worst way imaginable. They got a huge country with a very low population and itโ€™s basically empty. This incident tells me that the US and Israel are already inside Iran. And there is nothing Irani can do to stop it. Irani finding out just how difficult it is to stop spec ops from getting in and operating in your own country. Bewquff Irani getting punked by the west. So many thousands of miles of open borders. Impossible to defend the country.

Iranio ko samajh he nahi aati k in k leadron ko chun chun ker maar re hain Isra-heeli/ Amreeki. One day this jharrnail, next day another 50 IRGC officers in Syria/ Iraq/ Lebanon, then Soleymani sahb, then zahidi sahb and his 7 officers and now this.
The Iranian administration's delay in disseminating information throughout the day, accompanied by considerable contradictions, has been a red flag. How could they initially tag a destroyed aircraft as a "hard landing"? They must explain how a hard-landed aircraft became entirely destroyed when they could not locate the helicopter as they claimed. Was it destroyed along with the passengers after landing, and how? Or was it already destroyed, and there was no hard landing?
I suspect it is a result of an internal power struggle within the Iranian establishment, and whenever any leader becomes more popular than the Aytullah, he is killed. A prominent example among many others is General Solaimani. Americans could not target General Solaimani with accurate precision with getting real time itinary that he was flying in a civilian flight which was a top secret. Therefore, it is clear that the Iranian administration is hiding a lot of facts. They are lying. It is easy always to blame the Israeli-Americans while ignoring the other aspects.

A prominent example among many others is General Sulaimani.

While your sentiments are correct, General Sulaimani was murdered by the American with cooperation from the Israelis (who opted out last minute). There isn't a correlation between what happened in this case to Sulaimani.

Americans could not accurately target General Solaimani without getting a real-time itinerary that he was flying on a civilian flight, which was a top secret. There was also a fake retaliatory strike on a US air base with a prior warning like the one we saw recently. Because Solaimani was big they had to retaliate even though fake. They never retaliated on the killings of hundreds of other.

Something very fishy about Irani politicsโ€ฆ..no doubt. Here my contention is that I believe iraniโ€™s are now on da backfoot. Remember the quadcopter drone attack launched from inside Iran on their s300 radar? Huge anti hijab protests like hundreds of thousands of people rioting? IRGC officials getting assasinated inside the country? And the nuke scientists getting killed?

Total pagal khana!

In ko US aur Israheel nay nahi chhorrna. I know western spies are inside Iran and from the looks of it spec ops teams too lying in wait covertly.

No dissident can escape in Iran because the mokhabartat is very powerful and how come these top officials are getting killed in broad daylight one after another ? Israel did not claim responsibility for the majority of the killings. The establishment clearly doesn't want to go against the West as they wish to become a US partner, replacing Saudis and Israelis like they were during the Shah. So, the establishment eliminates anyone who is anti-west and becomes an obstacle.

Just two days before President Raisi was killed , there was a direct meeting between the US, and Iran in Oman. Usually, they never talk directly.

Russia sees โ€“ as does Turkey โ€“ the possibility of sabotage of Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi's helicopter.
According to highly verified information, Russian President Vladimir Putin convened an emergency meeting with Russian defense and security officials at his Kremlin office on Sunday at 10 p.m. to discuss the crash of the Iranian president's helicopter. Putin then also asked the Iranian ambassador in Moscow to attend the meeting.

All the pro-IRGC forums are strongly advocating the "bad weather" theory. A country like Iran, which has a big drone, nuclear, missiles, RADAR, and space programs, needed to ask Turkey for thermal imaging, which is not credible. They were playing dumb intentionally. I am outraged that they want to treat everyone as dumb as their own brainless followers.

Why don't the Iranians use long range drones for surveillance? They can use spy satellite to check illegal infiltration.

The Iranians are too stubborn to admit it. This was an epic mistake to use such an outdated helicopter for such a long time. Other than that, it cannot be ruled out that foreign hands were involved.
They should have retired all Bell helicopters and bought Russian MI series helicopters a long time ago. May be MOSAD and CIA took full advantage of ill maintained Bell helicopters technological drawbacks.

No one can protect a helicopter, even the most modern one, 100% from internal sabotage or MANPAD. I think that too much attention is given to the Bell Helicopter and "bad weather' while ignoring the fundamental issues. Bad weather, helicopter models, etc., are diversions from the bigger picture here. President Raisi wasn't an ordinary passenger, and neither was his foreign minister. This incident requires a different approach. IT will be wrong to take Iranian administrations's point of view with a face value as they have not been clean from start of this incident.

The pro-reformist faction of the IRGC killed Ebrahim Raisi either by sabotaging his copter or a MANPAD/ RPG-7. Raisi went against the powerful axis set by the Rafsanjani-Khatami-Rouhani governments, which formed the reformist gang of Iran. They wanted to bring Iran closer to the United States and the West as it were during the Shah, bypassing Israel and the Saudis. They also have the backing of the Iranian oligarchs. It is a known fact that former president Mahmoud Ahmedinejad was an exception, and he was lucky enough not to die from a similar "helicopter accident" due to "bad weather". He took hundreds of similar trips, though. Instead, the Supreme Leader did not allow him to run for re-election ever again. Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, a former president himself during Ruhullah Khamenei, is only interested in keeping the ruling elites in power, now dominated by the reformist gang of the Rafsanjani-Khatami-Rouhani axis. They also control significant leaders in IRGC, and they did all the recent killings of their scientists and generals, including Solaimani, plus now the president. Also, check if these IRGC guys have Kurdish, Tajik or Azeri lovers/wives.

Iranian president dies in a helicopter crash, presumably because the helicopter is so old and outdated and then a Turkish UAV finds the wreckage

I'm sure the sudden death of the president is much bigger news than the second bit of information but politics aside isn't this an admission of how far behind Iran is? How are the people reacting to this reality?

Playing dumb and ignorant is often more beneficial and encouraged. It removes many responsibilities. They are not far behind but now pretending to be far behind to avoid a lot of questions. Clever.

Imam Putin is attending Raisi's namaz janaza. He and many other world leaders are over there. Most of our journalists/ analysts saying it was a covert assassination:

Tens of thousands mourned Iran's president Ebrahim Raisi on Tuesday after his death in a helicopter crash, amid political uncertainty ahead of an election for his successor next month.

Raisi and seven members of his entourage including foreign minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian were killed when their aircraft came down on a fog-shrouded mountainside in northern Iran on Sunday.

Iran's first President Sadr and former President Ahmadinejad were also involved in a helicopter crash and escaped with injuries.
After the death of Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi in a helicopter crash, the accidents of former Iranian leaders came to mind.
THEY WERE ELIMINATED BY SIMILAR SCENARIOS

Gen retd . Ghulam Mustafa on this assassination. I like him because he is a no nonsense personโ€ฆ..check out what he says. He just stopped short of saying that this was an assassination, but just didnโ€™t say it:

Every neutral person who understands intelligence methodology will place at least a red flag on this incident, if not calling it outright an assassination, for now. You can check my status in this timeline as I had declared Raisi dead almost 8 hours before the Iranian government official did. It started with calling a destroyed helo a hard landing, and then, the Iranian officials made themselves more suspicious by talking about fake phone calls from a dead imam. Where is the recording? What is the evidence that the Imam called precisely at that time? If a cell phone call was received, there should not be issues pinpointing the phone call's origin using tower triangulation. It is the Iranian government that is running a cover-up now, and their supporters are calling it an accident.

Bewquff Iran caught out in the maelstrom. Iran's been acting up big time on the drama and instigating a lot of shiit around da region. I understand Irani's got a plan......but its a slow long term plan. We are all wondering now on their next move. How will they sabotage Israel more than they already have.
