Short Summary: Income inequality has ballooned in India this century. Back in 2000, the top 1% of earners held 15.5% of national income. They now claim 23.1%. At the other extreme, the bottom 50% had 18.5% at the start of the 2000s but now share only 13.3%.
What you do not understand is that when a country grow richer, Richs become super rich and poor comes out of poverty line. However, the gap between poor and rich will always grow. In poor countries like Pakistan , BD, Somalia etc. Rich and poor gap always be low as almost whole population is either poor or middle class. There is no Ambani or Adani in BD whose net worth is trying to touch 200 bn USD. Whole BD stock exchange valuation shall be 1/4th of net worth of Gautam Adani (Yes, Adani individual and not Adani group). So in poor and communist countries, difference between rich and por shall always be low and not high.

This is a joke right? Adani is a huge fraud. Just because he is a Gujarati like you, you should not support a fraudulent businessman. Adani's net worth is around $58~60 Billion, not $200 Billion like Hindutvas say.

He is already under investigation by the SEC in the US.

Just wait a few more months, see what happens. Kahani abhi shuru bhi hua nahi...
