Wicked people are of two types:

Fully wicked type and Semi-wicked type.

Fully wicked type of wicked people do damage and of course, also give pain.

Semi-wicked type of wicked people don't do any damage but they give pain. Some people can't tolerate Semi-wicked types even if they don't do any damage whatsoever.

well there are not just two but more than two billion different types of wicked people .... every person and every notion of wickedness is differnet and so is level and intensity and circumstances and the rsult on person , society or nation or world of that persons so called "wickedness" its only matter of how much successfull he gets or the elements let him get
