For all the rhetoric of 'It isn't the size of the dog in the fight, but the size of the fight in the dog that counts.', what do people using that quote suggest to the weak for fighting the strong? Gun or any object as a weapon shouldn't be used because use of weapon has it's consequences. Bodybuilding/martial arts has it's limitations and many people don't have time for it. Since a single picture/video is worth thousand words of explanation, the below video should drive home the point.

Regardless of formal fight training, there is no one who would not benefit from pumping some iron regularly.

You look good, get stronger, and most importantly look bigger and stronger.

A buff physique is a big red flag to even taporis itching for a fight.

After your 40s you start actively losing muscle. Year on year. Bone density too, especially in the absence of impact, weight bearing, loading exercise.

Weights are a must to offset that. Just to maintain. Not to become Joe Cutler.

I'm a state and national Master's cycling champion. A full time competitive cyclist. Represented my state in the sub juniors in high school too. Before studies and then life took over.

I weight train two days a week. I cycle everyday. 12-13 hours a week. 40-45 hours a month.
