So I googled for auto rickshaw and Bangladesh and sure enough various versions of this contraption ... electric also.

Yeah, figured the bangla script.. I could tell that much easy.. east ya west ka I couldn't tell.
Their saving grace, if you must find one.. is that it was devnagri. they haven't fallen completely to the nastaliq/arbi thing.
