Chicano food is absolutely fantastic. Those small taquerias everywhere selling a big beef or chicken burrito for $10 and you get a bowl of salsa and a handful of nachos and sometimes even a few pickled jalapenos/ pickles.....Guys - there is a new place serving Spanish breakfast within walking distance of my place. Huevos Rancheros and Chilaquiles. Needless to say I was there every day of this long Labor Day weekend (3 items on 3 mornings). Could breakfast get any better at these prices? I doubt it.
Huevos Rancheros $15

There's a special breed of dog who are great at it...Baked Beans are consumed by the absolutely poor in the US - it is the cheapest item in a supermarket, you can buy them in 24 can bulk packs. Even then - they are a side dish, not the main entree. Nowadays they come in many globally diverse flavors and with EZ-open tabs.

Interesting.
By the way Truffles are found by employing Hogs.
The use of pigs to hunt truffles is said to date back to the Roman Empire, but the first well-documented use comes from the Italian Renaissance writer and gastronomist, Bartolomeo Platina, in the 15th century. Later references to truffle pigs include John Ray in the 17th century.
