Just the amount of ghee/tel in some of em kormas is staggering. Next day fridge wala thanda check karo and there's always like a fat layer of jama hua stuff at the top... good thing it's easy to cut like a cake and throw away but wtf did you eat last night !!

I quit making that a while ago. Once a month but with less than a quarter of the oil.
You can do it right with less oil just gotta get your head around it..... eating less oily food.
Our khotay make fun of westerners.....lol......oh bhai a tuna/ chicken salad sandwich with lettuce/ tomato is a 100 times healthier than eating a plate of salan/ roti/ biryani/ nihari/ polao or chhola chaatt.
