Ya man, my chaddi really really cleaned up his act.. sab nasha band, ab buss biking and fitness karta, no gym, no equipment, ghar pe pushup etc marta with small time dumbell workout and jogging.. banda transform ho gaya hai.. from sookha tinka to a formidable dude.
I'm heading home next week, he saying saath aa kar maar, guarantee de ra mera bhi ho jana hai..

That really is the perfect stay at home setup. Revolution on you tube during covid lockdown days. Ek ripped kaalu hai jisko mai follow karta tha.
Bodyweight, isometrics, stretching, some good old desi dand pelna and uthak baithak and surya namaskar (never did, only gyaanchodi ... thanks much), and brisk walking.
But you soon outgrow that. And need more weight. A lot more (reference my photo above). That's when you find a good gym with a good vibe.
