I don't believe the AI generated pic you posted. I believe Pakistanis are slim, fit, energetic and hardworking if given employment. Woh alag baat hai ki bewakoof hai. Par certainly not unhealthy like you are showing.

They only hire Indian Punjabis and Hindu Punjabi
