Enlighten me, Doc sb.. I don't know if aap logon ka bhi alag se provisions hain in our samvidhaan..

Christiandus and Mulls have their inheritance and many sharia provisions respectively. Those are mostly to do with inheritance, and personal stuff like shadi/nikah etc for Ms where the Sharia applies.

Of course, big huge things like murder etc ka toh sab ka common hai.. Hindus ka bhi "undivided family" crap still exists for joint families.

This BS needs to be done away with, all of it, for everyone !

Sikhs, Jains, Budhs ka I'm not sure, probably all fall under common law with no special this or that, right ?

and the UCC is not "Hindu law" ffs, come on, man !!

I've already told you. We are culturally very different. And it stems from our religious and racial ancestry.
