We do not overload our food with spices nor is the gravy very thick. In fact ras is watery stock (chicken or mutton). Like Maratha pandhara rassa. And pretty bland. Excellent for when you are ill. Comfort food.

If the meat is fresh, this is it guys.......nothing beats this, but just that this lady used triple the cooking oil I would use and she put in a lot of powdered garam masala at the end, I mean that's just very overpowering.
