Gladstone Small's "small neck" is due to Klippel-Feil syndrome, a congenital condition where two or more vertebrae in the neck are fused together, causing a short neck and limited neck mobility. This condition, which results in his characteristic "no-neck" physique, is a rare bone disorder that also causes other spinal abnormalities and can affect other areas of the body.
