Hyderabad ij best 👌 imo

Lucknow lacks that Mirchi and spice kick, though the fragrance is divine, saffron red and white rice 🍚 alag alag can see.

Kolkata, with the zabardasti ka boil 🥔..I don't get it, but don't mind it either. Can be quite nice, actually... but makes it like a Tehri imo... and I like Tehri... veggie yellow rice with 🫛 🥔 gobi 🌶 etc
I think a well made Bombay Biryani is the best. No one talks about it much, and it is not even considered a kind, but I miss it. But, as rice and meat dishes go nothing beats mutton dhansak.
