I've heard for a while that gair mazhabis are prominent in Iran, but must keep up appearances, or else danda will be do to them. Plenty faithful Shi'ite there too.

Another thing to keep in mind is 'cultural mazhabiness', I put myself in that category. Dharmi in name only, no rules following, no lifestyle living, borderline atheist, kinda spiritual.. good thing we have a category for that in our ancient texts.. there are many many atheistic schools in our tradition. I guess I'd fit right into one of them, details nahi pata, nor care about :P

Little bit is ok, its kinda like the glue that holds a people together. For a lot of us, literally everyone I count as friend, Diwali = Daru and Kebabs for us :P

This is a picture of a cat, right ? but its only him and his food bowl that is visible.. at least that's how the pic appears to me on this forum.

On the original pic, he somewhere in a veranda, next to him is a power socket and inverter etc but you (I?) cant see those elements.

Like the pic been cropped and edited. Noticed the same on another of a dead crab I saw in the water.. weird.
