Bhai, Seoul is within arty and rocket arty range even from within DPRK.. woh conventional barrage se hi Khatam kar skte hai RoK ki capital ko... matlab, much much better poised than Iran are to attack Israel.. simple across the fence wala hisab, Iran need much longer range to reach Tel Aviv and Haifa etc
