In Pakistan, Afghanistan and now even in Iran Naswar has gained a legendary status. I honestly can't live without it. Its a huge relief too from not having to smoke when you don't want to. I now grow my own tobacco too to try follow this procedure:

'Snus' a very different product is still very popular in Sweden, Denmark and Norway. The old variety of Snuff (UK) was snorted in a talcum powder consistency.

but Gudang Garam is good, Indonesian clove ciggie, cinnamon type meetha meetha, and it pops and crackles like a bad weed ka joint.

What were your consequences?

I became healthier at 50 than I was at 40.

I became Master's State Champion at 51.

National Champion at 52.

And defended my State Championship title second year running just before turning 53.

My VO2 Max is that of a trained 30 year old.

Which puts .e in the top 1-2 percentile of 50 year olds.

I stopped getting recurrent URTIs multiple times a year.

My lips became pink again.

My tongue cleaned up.

I could smell and taste better than I could in the past 20 years.

My chest xray (smoker's lungs cleaned up inside a year).

The first 6 months of which I was hawking up big gobs of black phlegm. As my lungs and alveoli cleaned themselves.

At the 5 year mark my lungs were back to those of a non smoker.

My skin got back its shine and I stopped looking like an Iranian dalit. A very good looking Iranian dalit nonetheless.

And it was fun to deep kiss again. Huge improvement in libido too. Lots more blood flow.
