Why should I go to Afghanistan? I am not an Afghanistani. I can go to Saudi Arabia for Sharia, lol.

What about Brunei which is also an Islamic country?

You do not need secularism to develop. A nation can industrialize and be economically developed like Japan.

Wasn't your Ataturk supposedly an atheist? lol. Why should I care about him?

Lailik is not the same as secularism of Europe or North America. Turkey's concept of "secularism" is different from those countries and Attaturk's politics were very much Islamic.

Brunei is developed because it is an oil rich country.

Stop importing your trolling habits from the previous forum. This is what you come for. To troll and repeat your stupidity here. Cut it out.

Post reported for using "stupidity."

O @Old School

Wasn't Ataturk supposedly an atheist? How was Ataturk's secularization of Turkey supposedly "Islamic?"

How was Ataturk's policies "Islamic?" Ataturk himself was an atheist. lol.

Lord Kinross and Andrew Mango's biographies of Ataturk state Ataturk was not a Muslim or he was an atheist.

And you cut it out with your nonsense. Instead of using foul language, counter my arguments instead, if you can that is. ;)

Please refrain from religious topics until you finish reading this one General - The Axiology of Theism . Theological discourse requires a lot of philosophical knowledge in order to be able to take part in discussions. It is not simply possible with just guessing.

I understand that, but please tell other moderators and members not to use foul words. Thank you.

Everyone should understand that religion is a complex philosophical discourse that requires a lot of study and knowledge. It can not be guessed the way we please as some fake spiritualists do in our society.

I have also noticed another pattern where one never reads/understands the posts and keeps replying with 'red herring'/ strawman arguments. I am unsure if those elements are trolls, but those are annoying. In a defense forum, expecting people to be above-average knowledgeable is not unreasonable. However, as with OLD PDF, most participants are best fit for casual topic forums, unfortunately.

Someone claimed I was trolling. How am I trolling, Sir? I am simply stating facts.

Next time, support facts with source links or references, which everyone should do. Anything that is not common knowledge, like the sun rising from the east, should be supported by facts with references and not by personal opinions. When you provide a source, it shifts the burden from you to the source. Mind it that Quora or any other forum website is not a valid source.

I was intending to propose stronger policies against this kind of behavior which I consider trolling. But I want it to be forum policy to recognizing this behavior as trolling.

I provided him with quotes by Attaturk himself as well quotes about his politics and actions. The guy just mindlessly repeated himself again and again like a parrot. Clearly he doesn't have the IQ of a human being.

I know I seem harsh but this guy has a history of doing this ****. He went by the name Multani Guy and was eventually banned on the last forum. He then reappeared with this ID.

If you look back a few forums he brags about Brunei being developed despite being a religious theocracy. Apparently he thinks we weren't aware it's an oil-rich country.

You see why I get frustrated with this guy's posts. Considering he was already banned for this shows how the previous forum admins regarded him. Even other posters expressed annoyance at him.

We are in the beginning phase and have just finished optimizing the UI. New policies/rules with contemporary trends will be formulated soon. We aim to set new qualitative standards for a defense forum, setting us apart from the populist approaches of the Old PDF and other forums.

There's no point since i've done it lots of times, only for you to mindlessly repeat yourself in reaction to being refuted, pretending I did not counter them. You should have honored your ban and stayed away.

I've already refuted you on Attaturk. Plenty of forum members clearly did not want you on PDF for these reasons.
