General What addiction do you struggle with?

I do not have any addiction. I do not eat/drink anything till afternoon most of the days. Lunch at 1.0 p.m. and dinner at 7.0 p.m. I had a habit of some snacks around 9.0 p.m but I stopped it as well. I had very low heart pumping 5 years back but I bought it to very healthy level by practicing yoga and proper dies which includes lots of fruits and vegetables.

I stopped my point hilaoing

I become addict when I was at the lowest. Still I am.

To get rid of these addictions, my dark phase needs to end. But it won't.

Lost 2 lakhs because of my good nature. Trusted some one I shouldn't have.
