well my doctor also perscribed me the same as a great alternate protine suppliment as we Baniya Hindus since pure veg traditionally have protien &Vitamin D & B14 deffcient and to get over it we eat lots of green veggies and DALs but lots of dals cause UREA problem hence to suppliment that roast gram flour or sattu is prescribed also if we can take egg


besides that soaked over night or sprouted Rajma+ whole green Moong Dal+BLack Gram 1/4th cup with 1/4th tea spoon soaked overnite (if possible in sprouted form)fenugrrek seed salso sprouted as break fast with any seasnol fruit ...per itni mehnat kaun karre so Maethi/fenugreek leefes & Mooli ke parathe with white butter and any dal (i preffer if its form last night ) ;) :P

bhai ji IN US there LOBBY system is leagel and it is big deal and for that every Governor or Congress and Senate member wants his best price and here Indian money counts and second only to jewish Lobby


why DEEP STATE is creating all this nerrative as they are not Happy when Trump had oppinted HINDU Indians in very sensitive security reated posts and here for the first time Engavlists Christian Lobby has thrown its wieght behind white liberal lobby who sees growing Hindu power as a potential problem
