agree, but some dishes, when done properly.. ooh lala, like Kashmiri marchwangan korma, oh my dear lawrd.. Kashmiri paprika mirch for taste and colour. but they throw int in there by the fistfull.. zabardast dish hai... I like mine with plain rice/

mutton/chicken both.. I only ever had the chicken version but

my standard order is 2 plate rista, 1 plate gushtaba, and those long ass mutton seekhs, with elaichi and other uncommon spices, go great with these gravies too.
