S**t Chinese medical sectors is nowhere near where India is
So - Indian medical sector is better than Chinese medical sector? Tabiat thik hai aapka?

What MRI or CT-Scan Machine does India make? What about robotic surgery machines? Or even X-RAY machines ??

Those are all made in China nowadays. You are clueless bhai.

Krishan Dada, please refrain from commenting when you have absolutely no idea.

@Jiangnan brother look at what our Indian friend is saying...

Bilkul, aaj kal baccha paida hote hi vaccinations ka poora course.. and then every few years till adolescent. Not good.

Natural healthy khana khao, fruits and veggies, balanced diet and people are fine.

Ayurveda they still studying but its not there yet, Steve Jobbs, famously refused and stuck to nature cures.. hua nahi uska, jabki dunia ka one of biggest arabpati insaan and was bhakth of Neem karoli baba even (iinw)

Mamla serious ho, then go with tried and tested modern medicine.

For the rest, one can try what helps.

Aaj kal, bhau, chemicals kitnay hote hain har cheez me, spl eggs and meat if one consumes those, but even veggies.

Trade is another bloody thing I can't understand.. bc every market full of California grapes, Chinese Orange (mandarin and tangerine wagera)..

Apple bhi california ke !?!?! bc.. Kashmiri, Himachali maal ni mil ra inna vadiya waala.. woh sub jaa ra export markets ke liye.. wtf :ROFLMAO:
Kashmir's majority American Apple variety goes to Bangladesh (70% of total exports), especially during Ramadan time. This is something which Bangladeshis will never boycott.

Allopathy stresses too much on control of decease and not on being healthy and curing the decease. Aurveda says

प्रयोजनं चास्य स्वस्थस्य स्वास्थ्यरक्षणं आतुरस्य विकारप्रशमनं च ॥

Means:

  • To maintain the health of a healthy individual (Swasthasya Swasthya Rakshanam).
  • To cure diseases in an ill person (Aturasya Vikara Prashamanam).
We need to gradually shift to Ayurveda and ditch Allopathy gradually. We use it too much. What we need to do is to use it as and when other therapies don't available. In rest of the cases, we should use other therapies predominantly Ayurveda.
What you mentioned in Sanskrit is understood by every educated Bangladeshi.

When you encounter brilliant and knowledgeable guy like @Bilal9 , you come across great revelation that criteria of a developed medical sector is not good doctors, nor quality and quantity medicine at a very affordable rate, lots of alternate treatment, medical facility availablity in remotest corner etc. but the numbers of City scan machines produced by the country. This is the benefit to discuss topics here with great guys like @Bilal9 and his great knowledge is supplemented by another great mahagyani @Jiangnan . I am speechless. Had Bill Gates been a member of this forum, he would not have made this statement.

Ya, a lot of other fruit too from all across India, a lot of the really good produce goes out of India, maybe they fetch better prices there. Includes stuff like Plum, Apricot, many Mango varieties, Cherries.. lots is imported.

Is it a constant with BD or do shipments peak during Ramzaan like now ?

India me bhi milta hai sab, but most easily available at point or origin itself.. some of the produce at these fruit sellers up in the mountains, bhai.. phenomenal quality, around Delhi/Chandigarh just past the foothills also you get. Here, kinda south India where I am, different story, or maybe I don't know where to buy my fruit, local markets full of Caliphornia appil and grape, and chinese tangerine, mandarin, NZ ka Kiwi Fruit, Dragonfruit from Malaysia or something.. its nuts.

Well fruits do have a constant consumption rate, but in Ramzan, the local Board of Revenue reduced taxes on imported fruit to keep prices low, as consumption goes up, for Iftar staples like grapes and dates, but also Kashmiri apples, peaches and pears. We also get exotic specialties like NZ Kiwi Fruit and others, just like India.

Dates are imported from all over the middle east but especially, Pakistan. The best high quality khajoor date product of course come from near my neck of the woods (Palm Springs in California). California produced Medjool dates are even exported to Saudi and sells at premium prices, I have seen them there.

The way fruits used to be sold in Bangladesh was in unhealthy conditions like kutcha kitchen markets, but increasingly in super-shops in major urban areas.

This is kind of off-topic for the thread, we should open another thread to discuss this.

Here is a story of recent vintage,

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

NBR halves source tax on imported fresh fruits

The tax will now be 5% from the earlier 10%

The National Board of Revenue (NBR) has halved the source tax on imported fresh fruits, including oranges, malta, grapes, apples, and pears, reducing it to 5 percent in an effort to keep domestic prices stable during Ramadan and beyond.

The NBR made this decision following a recommendation from the Bangladesh Trade and Tariff Commission (BTTC) to lower duties and taxes on fresh fruits, aiming to reduce prices and make them more affordable.

Earlier, the BTTC had recommended reducing the advance tax on fresh fruit imports from 10 percent to 2 percent and rationalizing the 20 percent regulatory duty.

On January 10, the NBR increased the supplementary duty on fresh fruit imports from 20 percent to 30 percent, causing prices in the domestic market to rise.

In response, the BTTC has proposed reverting the duty to its previous rate.

Bhai, Mahagyani or not, it does not take Einstein to figure out that a largely undeveloped country like India (the whole subcontinent is in this situation) which does not possess the technical wherewithal to produce CT-Scan machines (forget CT-Scan machines, even cannot produce basic, basic X-Ray machines which China has been producing since the 1960's) is technically backward. Just having skilled doctors with no self-sufficiency in medical technologies is having no arms or limbs with a human body which is useless.

We are discussing the entire medical sector of India, not just in CMMC Vellore (Chennai) or AIIMS in Delhi, or some high-rated hospital in Mumbai.

China has just as many skilled doctors (if not more) than India. But China's economic condition is such that they don't have to run over to the US to make a living as Doctors. That a civilization like China can do makes them several steps above India.

This is understood by every level-headed sane individual other than a die-hard Hindutvabadi.
