very strange food no?

Our food similar to east punjab/ western UP/ Hurryaanrra/ Kashmiri food bhai.

Baqi looks very bizarre no?
its all jugaad food, kuch bhi kha lo..pluck any random grass and veggies off a tree or whatever and futt se masala add kar do.. insta dalit food.

koi legacy, tradition nahi hai.. they dalits, man.. no mazhab, no culture, food, literature.. nothing

I've worked with South Africans down unda and knew quite a few of them.

They're a fukking tough and hardy bunch Sharma.

Aik dum switched on, hard working and high IQ individuals.

Hum say to kabhi budtameezi nahi kari other than professional jealousy by a few.

Most were stand up guys and could thrive anywhere.

My acquaintance with a UP Brahmin (observant/ Kutter) changed my view of dharmic food. He used very few spices and my only complaint with his food was Zeera.......

And you know Sharma k Zeera to me is fukking poison!

It destroys food and is so overpowering.

He used to make that chhilka Urad daal, just boiled with a few chilli flakes and toward the end add very little hing and little ghee/ pyaz tarrka......

That was it man. Amazing how good food is without fukking destroying it with spices.

Yup, I been at home here in Dilli for about a month, my folks are shudh pure veggies.. been enjoying ghar ka khana, very different from Punjabi restaurant style.. minimal but just perfect amount of spices, and light on the system.

Zeera I don't mind, but not my fav either. Jal Zeera is a nice summer cooler, they do these fizzy ones here.. great on a hot day. Aam panna me bhi they put .. I like me some panna.. kacchey aam ka pulp/gooda le ke they cook it in a mix of cheeni and god knows what else.. proper delish desi.

I think the majority/all? of the Boer are scandos.. top tier goras, not like the anglo saxon brits.
