Yes - many times, almost every year. I have many sane intellectual Indian friends too, especially in Kolkata. Bengalis are way more educated, intellectual and sane than other sundry types of toxic-mentality cow-belt people found in Northern India.

I really can't escape being dragged to India, by female members of my family and their friends who are addicted to low-priced Indian designers for ethnic wear (Sabyasachi, Ritu Kumar et al).

I try to preserve the sanctity of my wallet as much as possible...
