Jai Maratha !

Ye thug culture ka masla in the subcontinent is extremely uncivilized sharma, and there is no solution to this problem at all. Ghunda gardi party politics and ethnic sectarian prejudice and bigotry is just so tribal.

Aap ko samjhaya hae mainay bhee aur doc nay bhee k iss tarha key ghaleez harkatain Iran main kabhi nahi hoteen.

This happens in Pakistan and Afghanistan too though. Ghattiya do rupay waali harkatain.

Very shameful behavior no?

Ya, corporates ka bhi, spl fintech etc waley logon ka full good scene I have heard, this guy I know is a big name in his industry, global clientele who come there and pick fancy rugs and stuff.

This other guy I know, got an offer for a real estate sales gig.. a week before he was to leave, usko bola ki hi must deposit his passport and sign a bunch of paperwork, it was all very shady, guy backed out after smelling some kinda scam. Log phas jaatey hain. Housekeeper, maids/nannies ki bhi exploitation some times but they got some Pinoy, Malay or Kerala ladies in high demand. Very weird business and work environment there, old style Arbi-Islami things mixed in with all the regular paperwork.

Gulfies 🤷‍♂️
As a young student in NJ back in the early 90’s this Irani Parsi guy Noshir hired me to just be at his fukking awesome Persian rug store in mid town Manhattan.

Bhai antique Persian rugs which are a few hundred years old sharma they are worth a fukking fortune man.

I learned a lot just rolling/ unrolling/ hanging rugs for customers and it was one of the nicest jobs I ever had.

Got paid doing Jack shiit and the owner would take me out to lunch every day.

In an upper east side manhattan multi million dollar loft or apartment bhai an antique Persian rug which like surook or Kashan or Birjand or Qashqai or Isfahani just brings magic to the place.

Never appreciated Persian rugs until I worked a year in his store.

So many multi millionaires used to come there mostly iranis or very rich New Yorkers.

Saalay Aik Aik lakh dollar k rugs biktay dekhay hain mainay.

I'd love to try some genuine Pakistani meaty stuff someday, idhar mushkil hai kholna.. good thing we got plenty of our own mull cuisine.
Your mull cuisine is not the same as real mull stuff found in Bangladesh and Pakistan.

Paya, Nehari, Mutton Biryani made the old dum-pukht way (Kacchi Biryani from Dhaka where raw marinated meat is layered with partially cooked rice and then slow-cooked together), Kala Bhuna from Chittagong.

It's all in the weave, I'm told... how many knots you can cram into a small square inch... or something of the sort. Man hours and expert craftsmen too, at least of the Kashmiri ones. Some are indeed exorbitantly priced. Persian ones may be a notch or 2 above them.

Typical Persian Bakhshaish motif........very sought after.......

Space Invaders design at 1:10 around :D

but ye toh antique ki baat hai, add a dollop or 2 more of paisey increase for just that.

and there are grades to it, intricacy of weaving, knots per sq inch + that its all done by hand or old ancient hand cranked "machines", or something.

Ok, I asked gooble.. Persiands win on Knots/SqIn

Persian and Kashmiri carpets are both known for their intricate designs and craftsmanship, but they have distinct characteristics. Persian carpets are renowned for their high knot density (knots per square inch), often exceeding 256 kpsi and potentially reaching 6,400 kpsi for the finest weaves, and their use of various animal hairs like camel, goat, and sheep, with silk historically used for the most exquisite pieces. Kashmiri carpets, while initially influenced by Persian designs, have developed their own unique style, often featuring silk or a combination of silk and wool. They are known for incorporating indigenous patterns and natural elements, creating a distinct aesthetic.

Sharma I've seen em go for like 1 lakh dollar.......And when bitches go bankrupt.......first thing to be taken by the bounty hunters is the antique Persian rug.........bounty hunters are dispatched to reclaim it cuz its generally the most valuable item from the premises.
