I have noticed the same exact layout in all Irani cafe's in karachi. Bilkul identical. many also have the same furniture and that mezzanine level.

Ab to doc, the mehngaee is such that one plate qeema/ small salad/ naan and custard/ chai is like Rs 1,200 in Karachi Parsi cafe. Or the chicken pulao or cutlet meal/ fries substitute for qeema, same price bhai.

Nothing is cheap.

We have the same chairs at home. One day in the year (sunny) our handyman will take them out in the garden and lovingly polish them.
