KTM bikes are made by Bajaj. Kawasaki had an agreement with Indian company that Kawasaki's up to 350 cc bike shall beade by an Indian company. Indian bikes with same quality of that of Europe and Japan are available at half of the price.

This is frankly gross over simplification and actually misinformation.
